Yoga and movement was a natural progression for her following dance training in her youth and it very quickly became her sanctuary. After a few years she noticed that her practise had deepened and it was no longer just another form of exercise to keep her in good shape but something had changed in her mind too - there was a calmness and a clarity that helped her to deal with life in a whole new way.
Lucinda teaches Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin Yoga, 26/2 Hot Yoga and Yoga Nidra Meditation.
She is a well known and popular teacher across the West Essex area and also teaches Strength & Balance Referral and Rehabilitation classes in partnership with the West Essex NHS integrated Care Board and Epping Forest District Council.
Her classes incorporate physical and mental strength as well as relaxation and meditation techniques and she is an instructor known for her passion, dedication and caring instructing style that embodies physical, spiritual, and mental strength.
She looks forward to sharing her love of yoga with you and to welcoming you to her classes.
